This should be an easier day than day two providing you have the prevailing wind. We didn't, and it was tough. There are some off-road sections at the start and the end of the day, but the surface is good and can be undertaken on a road bike.
There isn't much else to be said. Dartmoor is beautiful, unless it's raining or you're battling a headwind.
The obvious place for lunch is Princetown, which, at 30 km in, marks the day's summit.
Look back as you cruise downhill after lunch and you can see Broadmoor - remarkably intimidating.
